Two of our consultants have passed Exam AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions and earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. It took a good deal of study and effort to get there, and we’re proud of them both.
The Certification Journey
An Azure solutions architect needs genuine breadth, designing cloud and hybrid solutions across Compute, Network, Storage, Monitoring, and Security.
The role is as much about people as technology. It means advising stakeholders, turning business requirements into secure, scalable, reliable Azure designs that follow the Azure Well-Architected Framework and the Cloud Adoption Framework, and working alongside developers, administrators, security engineers, and data engineers to get those solutions live.
Reaching this level takes solid experience across IT operations - networking, virtualisation, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data platforms, and governance - along with an understanding of how a decision in one area shapes the whole solution, backed by hands-on Azure administration, development, and DevOps.
