We are honest, reliable, and focused on the end goal. Most of our work comes through word of mouth and repeat business. We don't disappear after delivery. We make sure teams understand and can own what we've built together.
Meeting People Where They Are
Data can be intimidating if it's not your day job. We make a point of bringing people along rather than talking over them. Whether someone is a seasoned analyst or seeing a dashboard for the first time, we make sure they're included and comfortable.
Supporting Our Community
We co-organise Data South Wales, support local meetups and events, and show up as contributors rather than spectators. A stronger community means better practitioners and more opportunities for everyone.
Aiming for Net Zero
We partner with Tree-Nation to plant trees and offset our carbon emissions, and we are working towards net zero as a business. Every organisation, regardless of size, has a responsibility to take this seriously.
